PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 fixes invisible gun and greatly improves performance. Game is slightly slower than on windows and fully playable with my system on Ultra with 150% resolution scaling. For Vulkan-Less GPUs PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 may work, but it disables HDR rendering, making game darker and game is only just playable.
