Seems to work fine. I was able to open the menus and get in game. Audio works as expected.
I did notice some minor opacity issues with the selection highlighting in the menu. This suggests that there could perhaps be cosmetic issues with some of the in-game effects, but I did not notice any.

Turning off ESYNC is entirely for performance reasons, but it stutters a lot if you don't. Performance is still not great (there is some frame loss), but that's exactly how it runs in Windows as the port from the 360 version wasn't really good.
Game runs perfectly fine otherwise, exactly as windows, no tweaks needed to get it to actually run..
