Progression-blocking crash right after the tutorial gets to "survive as long as you can." The crash wipes progress and repeats at the same point.

Only real issue was some screen tearing while moving the camera, and with the game's use of filters even that's not too noticable.
Steam defaulted to GEProton9-11, which was the best version tested overall and had no audio issues. Proton9 and 8 both had noticable audio crackling and occasional stutters, enough to disrupt flow state
Some screen tearing issues in all versions of Proton I tested (GEProton9-11, Proton9, Proton8) always around the bottom third of the screen. Almost certainly VSync related, couldn't disable from in-game options and couldn't figure out how to do so via launcher settings (didn't try very hard, to be fair.) Not game-disrupting
1 crash for mysterious reasons, not repeated in 14 hours of game time (100% completion)

Achievements only work with Proton Experimental.
Had a crash with default Proton which appears to have corrupted the save file. Had to restart my playthrough with Proton Experimental. Managed to beat the game on Proton Experimental without any issues.

Game crashed and appears to have corrupted the save, wasting all the progress on a save slot.
Game crashes to desktop trying to load my save (after the initial crash). Creating a new save to start over seems to work ok. I.e.: game crash appears to be a progression blocker.
Crashed to desktop at the ~100 minute mark. Was well into my best run yet.
I haven't debugged yet to see if other Proton versions will be able to workaround the issue, etc.
