Great game on Linux
Runs without issues, I played the full Game (already in New Game+ cycle) without any issues. It's running super smooth and a very good experience using default Proton from Steam.

Game freezes on Walk the Path, Denuvo locked me out.
Tried disabling FSR, tried Proton 8, 9, Experiemental and Hotfix, and GE 24. Before I could try anything else I was locked out by Denuvo. While troubleshooting the freezing issue I had to restart the game a lot, triggering Denuvo lockout for 24 hours. I'm just gonna refund the game, fair warning, this game aint "Platinum" on general PCs, only Steamdeck.

Grainy image on Radeon card, seems to be common for this game engine. Graphics can be tuned up a lot without damaging performance. I strongly encourage to disable FSR.
Had to ensure Steam Input is enabled (this is not a problem IMO), that was the only way for my DualSense to work. I think this is the first time I encounter this situation on my PC: I have to disable Steam input in many games.

Ray tracing could not be enabled despite using various versions of MESA and trying different launch options. It just doesn't seem to see my GPU correctly. Ray tracing was detected in Windows and functioned perfectly.
Great game. A really good out of the box experience.

The game functions fine during gameplay, but there are slowdowns and graphical issues in menus, cutscenes.
Snacks are often missing textures and are pure white.
It's set to run in full screen, but doesn't actually go to full screen unless I go to in-game options, change it to something other than full screen, then change it back.
Controller loses connection after a few minutes when used wirelessly. Wired is fine.
Some menus and cutscenes have major slowdown. Menus are still usable but are pretty unresponsive.

The game did not like being run at higher refresh rates, textures would go all over the screen sometimes.
Gamemode is mandatory in some levels. Recomend to cap the game at 120 or even 60 (both refresh rate and framerate limit) through in-game settings to prevent crashes and textures going nuts.

Even with these bugs, I was able to play the game at 60 FPS, which is fine in my opinion.

Sometimes the game texture just decide to jump all over the screen if the game was run at higher refresh rates.
During the demo, I have noticed that the game did not like been run above 120hz (textures going all around and constant crashs), so I had to set the game to 120hz and cap it at 120 FPS through in-game settings. Upon the final release I was able to run it flawlessly at 144 FPS. Gamemoderun was mandatory because the game would run at 20 FPS while in some specific levels if not activated. When I reached the penultimate level, I had the same problems of the demo reapearing (textures going all around and constant crashs), but this time I had to cap it to 60hz/60 FPS through the in-game settings.

Perfect OTB if using X11, and probably fine with Wayland if using AMD.
My last report noted constant crashing and digging into it, it seems Nvidia's 555 drivers under Wayland (using Xwayland here) can cause crashing in any game hitting the VRAM limit. I've seen some say reverting back to 550 drivers echews this issue, though you give up the improvements of 555 and will potentially experience flickering.
I instead just swapped to an X11 session and it works absolutely fine.

Constant crashing makes for an infuriating time. Denuvo locked me out of playing too so I can't troubleshoot the issue even if I wanted to.
Used Proton 9 and Hotfix.
Borderline random crashes. If I had to pinpoint the issue it I would guess it has something to do with loading new assets as it tends to happen in new areas or cutscenes,

Works perfectly since launch day, i'm 10 hours in and still didn't had a problem. DS4 controller didn't was recognized natively so i had to turn on steam input and everything runs still fine.

Played with a controller. Everything including the movie works out of the box.

Maybe cap the framerate to 45 or even 50 tu assure a more stable experience. Games benefits from the FSR activation. Eats throught battery a lot so keep a wall close for long sessions. Otherwise, game is running great without any issue, controls great also. Having a blast so far !
Capping the framerate to 45 to 50. Activate in-game FSR.

played 1 hour of the demo, everything looks peachy

Title would not launch with current default proton but worked perfectly with experimental. This is a nice title with a mish mash of genres, hack and slash, tower defense and similar style RTS with pause like Dragon Age Origins. It even seems to have some okami sound effects! I was able to play through the demo with an Xbox series S controller with no issues so I would assume that this should work problem free on release day.
The only minor quirk I encountered was my GPU being detected in game with less GPU memory than what it actually has which lead to some manual reconfiguration with the graphical settings. It ran well at 1440p with almost 60fps and no hiccups.
