sometimes low fps ex)34~45
cuz fps drop
try this game perfect pve fps can high option 45 fps

Installed Ubisoft Connect launcher and the game through the Ubisoft Connect launcher
Configure GE in Lutris

A SteamOS update that came after March 2024 has seemed to fix this game for the Steam Deck LCD, OLED users will have a caveat
Very brief FPS drop in-game from 60 to 35 FPS
OLED users must still play the game via desktop mode this was confirmed by Formonitryl himself

A SteamOS update that came after March 2024 has seemed to fix this game completely and is now 100% playable
Slight FPS drop from 60 to 35 for a very brief moment in-game
The game now works 100% in gaming mode, no black screen, freeze, or having to go into desktop mode

After SteamOS 3.5.17, the game launches with a black screen if set to fullscreen
I came here to say that after SteamOS 3.5.17, this game is unplayable in gaming mode. If set to borderless or windowed, you will be able to launch the game without a black screen in gaming mode BUT the screen will freeze after pressing the A button when you are prompted to do so at the main menu to start the game. I have not found a fix nor am I sure what is causing this.

Works perfectly on AMD and Nvidia, except 10 series and below.
Suffers heavily on Nvidia 10 series and below. Not an issue on AMD or 16 series/RTX cards.

no issues
ran flawlessly, you may have to exit ubisoft after sign in and relaunch to boot

Game launches with a controller layout mapped for a keyboard. Game thinks controller is a keyboard and mouse, results in not showing controller glyphs. Switched to a controller layout and game shows xbox controller glyphs.
For some reason the steam version works fine with steamOS. I haven't rechecked the Ubi Connect version. game is assigned a controller layout that is mapped like a KB/M and doesn't show controller glyphs. Switch to a controller layout to show controller glyphs.

Ubisoft removed Battleye on the 31th August 2023 (date from SteamDB) and they fixed the GPU driver check. Seems to work flawlessly now (even with the Ubisoft Connect version). Thanks Yves!

After the report of it working on the Steam Deck with AMD graphics I gave it another go and I can report back it plays fine.

May crash when launching
I Have most of my graphic settings set to low/mid with the fps/refresh rate set to 40, however I do think a 30fps high graphics setting is achievable

__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia %command%
No issues, make sure to install Proton EAC Runtime & Proton BattlEye Runtime to not run into issues
Game doesn't run into any issues whatsoever, I managed to play online and offline without problems.
The command given is the command I use to make my NVidia GPU used by the game instead of the iGPU

Managed to get by that dang GPU driver error, But it emits a black screen with a crash soon afterwards.
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="amd_ags_x64.dll=b" %command%
darn it.

Seemed somewhat laggier than normal. May have just been coincidental poor network connections on my end though.
To play online, it is required to install the Proton BattleEye Runtime. To check if it's installed, type 1161040 into your Games Library search bar. Once installed, the game runs quite well.
No graphic settings to use upscaling or performance-enhancement features though, so the framerate is a bit lower than what you'd get on a Windows install. Additionally, minor graphical artifacts can be seen occasionally, but nothing major or obnoxious.

For AMD GPU users game is broken. Game shows you driver version error.
PROTON_LOG=1 DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME=AMD WINEDLLOVERRIDES="amd_ags_x64.dll=b" %command%
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="amd_ags_x64.dll=b" %command% launch option helps with error, game window pop up, but crashes imidiatly.
AMD GPU driver check fails with MESA drivers and the game exits

This game does not support AMD open source drivers
every time I turn it on, it throws me an error: The installed driver version is not supported, the minimum supported driver version is Catalyst 21.5.2. The game will now exit. Please update your driver, reboot, and restart the game. Other versions of protons GE or proton experimental did not help to fix this problem.

Running with default protons the ubisoft is unable to start, but with proton ge ubisoft run normally.

Using Experimental ubisoft connect launches the game and after a few seconds of loading a popup appears stating: "The installed driver version is not supported. Game will now exit."
Using the default version gives the unrecoverable error already mentioned here.

PROTON_EAC_RUNTIME=$HOME/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Proton\ EasyAntiCheat\ Runtime/ %command%
install ubi connect
Use Proton experimental and install ubi connect through proton tricks. Tried several times before it worked.

PROTON_EAC_RUNTIME=$HOME/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Proton\ EasyAntiCheat\ Runtime/ %command%
install ubi connect
Use proton experimental and install ubi connect with proton trick. tried several times before it worked. But now it works perfectly.
the game works very well, maybe at the beginning it takes a long time to start the game after connecting with the ubisoft account, when the

Game worked flawlessly except for some unresponsiveness in the loading screens and extremly laggy cutscenes. Not a problem for me
During some loading screens the application was completely unresponsive. Also, during the first "training" mission the screen was complletely black with a skip button in the bottom left, but alt tabbing a few times worked for some reason. No problems after that
I did not use steam to launch the game. Only Lutris and Ubisoft
Some textures sometimes flicker while moving

- Using default Proton, after launch, I'm getting "Ubisoft Connect has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down..."
- Using Proton exp, after launch, I'm getting " The installed driver version is not supported..."

Game does a GPU driver check and claims it is does not meet the minimum version required.
Game installs fine but does not load to menu due to the game doing a GPU driver check and states it is too old to meet the minimum driver version.
