Changed the left trackpad to add gestures
Great game and perfect for the steam deck.
Awesome but I did change some settings like setting fsr to quality and implementing a 40 fps cap

Once installed the game works fine with default config & settings. Just dont go multiplayer

Limitied to 45fps on OLED
Amazing performance on SD

Sometimes the game crackles when waking up from sleep or was 2x speed. But it only happens after game was left in sleep mode and only very rarely
Using FSR 3.0 has very minor grahpical artifacting but the benefit of FSR 3.0 far outweighs it
Lock game at 40fps with FSR 3.0 enabled. Occasional dips in populated areas.

Runs well on Deck, almost PS4 type experience within a 20w package. Very impressive stuff.
40fps/80hz on Deck OLED but running without a framecap would've been good too.
Played for about 8 hours on Deck out of my 42 hour playthrough, mostly in work while on break. A few letdowns, because of Linux the PSN connection doesn't work, so it doesn't track playtime (on your PSN) or allow you into multiplayer (not an issue for me), but rest assured achievements earned while on Deck will sync up with PSN once you open it up on your main PC.
You can play it at 40fps but occasionally the visual compromise was a little too great for me at Low with FSR P, its a blurry mess. So I recommend maybe locked 30 (in-game), keep refresh rate stock and Medium settings, FSR Q. Will be more similar to PS4 at that point.

FSR 3 Frame Generation produces incorrect interleaved frames.
Steam Input must be disabled. I did so by connecting an external controller then disabling Steam Input from the game overlay.
Playing the Epic release with Wine-GE-Latest is viable once Steam Input has been disabled.

Just set the game to medium with fsr3 on quality and it's been an absolutely solid locked 30fps.
Changed the right trackpad to emulate the swiping touch pad options of the dualsesne
I have to pinch myself sometimes that something that looks this good, is running in my deck lmao

Controls are customizable but only using pre-defined actions e.g. crouch, quick attack, etc. I set right trackpad to Guiding Wind + other gestures, which mimics the PlayStation touchpad, and used the back buttons for run and crunch (I've never liked clicking in analog sticks).
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to switch between the default controller presets available on console and desktop, so I was not able to customize the controls to mimic the Melee Alternate preset without messing up the arrow and stance selection inputs.
Low preset with FSR 3 set to Balanced, TDP set to 10w, and FPS capped at 40 gets about 2.5 hours of battery life on Steam Deck LCD. 40fps is mostly steady with a few dips to the mid/high 30s when there is a lot of blowing leaves and tall grass on screen.

Gamescope locked At 30fps

Set FPS to 30 and Graphics to Low
Link to PSN feature was broken, so multiplayer is off the table for now. Got stuck on a loading screen, but quitting the game and loading from the auto save put me right where I left off. This only happened once, does not seem like a major issue.

800p Medium settings + FSR 3 Quality + 40 FPS Cap gives about 2-2.3 hours on LCD

Dropped FPS to 30 and Graphics settings to low
Got stuck on a loading screen after the intro sequence. But quitting the game and loading the auto save started me right where I left off with no further issues.

Singleplay
Run without any problem on the SteamDeck. Graphical settings works great on both medium and high. But i prefered medium.
Multiplay
Disabled by default by developer.

Limit to 30 fps
Got infinite loading once
Very good performance, FSR 3 on balance, 40HZ and medium preset, may switch to high preset and 30 fps but dips occasionally

One instance of major glitching while docked but I could not replicate it.
Seems to run how it should but does sometimes dip in fps randomly. But perfectly playable and enjoyable 30fps+
Cannot sign into PSN - Multiplayer will not work

game launched right away and i played 2 hours without problems. beautiful visuals, great game.

PSN layer and multiplayer not available on SteamDeck. Offline play works right out of the box (30fps)
