Does not boot
Tried several versions of Proton both hotfix and experimental and 9.0.4. none of them worked. Tried the other other boot options in the comments here but they didnt work either. The 8.0.5 Does try to make you install some c++ stuff but installing that didnt help. Hope someone will figure out how to start the game. Cuz it is a fun game!
Mostly perfect except for one issue
Have to mash (press down fully) the interact key (E) for it to register
The game was unstable on Proton Experimental but worked fine on Proton 9.
Party member (running Windows) had the game crash on them when trying to start a mission and the other members got stuck on a loading screen.
Did not recover from a party member's crash and got stuck on a loading screen but several other rounds worked.
Seems to work fine, with slight performance issues
Seems to be a tad slow at times, but I'm unsure whether that's Proton or the general game optimization status
Multiplayer sessions with two friends worked without a hitch
Crash on startup with "Fatal error" message.

It doesn't start.
The game will prompt you to install a windows shader pack every time you launch it.
when launching the game it prompts you to install a windows shader pack every time even if you already installed it, then it will force you to uninstall it the next time you launch the game the only choice is to uninstall it, the game runs the same with or without it installed. I switched to experimental proton and the prompt no longer pops up. You will not get 60fps on high or epic settings, however switch to low and the game still looks great and it will get 60fps (up to 90fps on low settings if you turn off frame rate cap).
