Runs out of the box

Like I said, on my PC report, I had to switch to Proton 8. Otherwise, I had a crash just after the first logo.

Demo crashed after first logo when I use Proton 9, I had to switch to Proton 8

The audio stutters a little bit on loading screens, but not even annoying enough.
Runs very well on Steam Deck, just straight out of the box, zero tinkering. Installed and launched, haven't changed/customized a single thing. It's a Windows game, so it runs via Proton, but I didn't even need to "guess" the right version, as it runs fine with the default one set by Steam.
I'm playing on Steam Deck connected to a 4K TV with 1080p resolution set for the game - the performance is great with the maximum graphics settings.

Install and go, no special config needed.

This game recently got an optimization update. It is actually running ok even on systems with an Intel UHD 750, like mine, which is below official requirements. I have gotten most of the achievements already. No issues at all.
Fairly significant performance drops when the game starts to get hectic. Definitely needs some perform optimisation.

fps drops down to 30s when a lot of zombies are on the screen
fps drops
Needs to be optimized

No launch options.
40 FPS capped and FSR with sharpness at 2.
Text can be difficult to read.
I've not tried this game on Linux, but should run without a problem.

It really runs quite well considering, but it does need a pass by the developer to provide lower hardware requirements settings.
Turned down off shadows, limited fps to 30, frame limiter was ignored
In one round I found that as things got frenetic, the FPS has crawled to essentially freezing, but I haven't been able to reproduce it. The game needs settings to reduce the texture/graphics quality (other than just FSR)
Overall, other than turning down as much as possible, it plays quite well considering I'm posting this on its release day. I didn't need to remap keys, I didn't need to tweak my install or anything like that. Should be fairly easy to optimise for Steam Deck.
