DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050" %command%
As noted previously by user dedChar, the game needed the DXVK_DEVICE_FILTER_NAME
parameter to run, though, in my case, the game only ran at a very low framerate as opposed to crashing outright like it did for them.

Working pretty well out of box, no stuttering, pretty stable and good framerate.
So far I haven't encountered any problems

Heads up that the game framerate is tied to physics so if you are trying to change the refresh rate don't do it on the fly otherwise it breaks game speed. You can change it within the game settings simultaneous with the refresh slider. But you won't need to, runs at 90fps without flaws out of the box, don't need to change a single setting. Uses 7-9w and nets you 5-7hrs battery (roughly).

Runs perfectly on max settings, controls work great, and game runs perfectly with no tinkering on Proton 9.
On Proton 8, Steam Input controllers wouldn't be detected (including Steam Deck controls). Not an issue on Proton 9
Game seems to work with Playstation 5 DualSense controller without Steam Input, and displays correct controller icons.
Played with DeckHD modded system, and runs at 1200p with no slowdown.
Also played with overclocked 70Hz display, kept a solid 70fps once the following things were set ingame:
- VSync ON
- Framerate set to DEFAULT
Then in Steam Quick Access Menu (... button):
- Framerate limit set to OFF
- Allow Tearing ON
- Refresh Rate set to 70Hz
Works out of the box

DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB" %command%
Had to include the DXVK device filter to specifically target my eGPU. Without it, the game (presumably) will try to run on my iGPU (Intel Graphics) and just crash upon launching.
The game installs fine and starts. Once the initial animation played, it crashes and I'm back to the desktop

Wouldn't start with default compatibility settings, but switching to 8.0-4 or 8.0-5 fixes that.
MESA_VK_WSI_PRESENT_MODE=fifo vblank_mode=3 %command%

Works pretty much flawlessly out of the box at 1080p/144fps. Background blurring effect is a little extreme if anything.
Audio didn't play when viewing opening cutscene for the first time, fixed on restart
Audio defaulted to coming out of Dualsense speaker
Experienced bugs consistent with what Windows and console players reported (collision issues, etc)
Make sure audio output is set correctly before boot

Crashes when you jump
Seems to be an AMD GPU specific issue
