Works great out of the box.

Just make sure that you have the graphics drivers properly installed. This game won't open at all without those and I was searching a fix for 2 days like an idiot. Game is smooth, might be even better than windows. Not sure about the multiplayer though.

worked out of the box!

crackling at times
small fps drops during 1v1 matches
around 15 crashes in 5 hours of gameplay
during showcase the videos would flick black or green across the screen
i played the showcase on steam deck from start to finish and suffered around 15 crashes plus videos would flicker with black and screen lines nearly every video so not very playable
Offline play works very well. I tried 2 times online, but the game replaced other playeers aftersome seconds wirh AI player.

Linux only gets a single player or couch co-op experience. Random online lobbies do NOT work
While it connects online, you are unable to play a single lobby with randoms and it will disconnect right when the match starts
Do not use VSYNC as the game doesn't properly detect the screens refresh rate. Once VSYNC is OFF, the game will play at normal speed at all times.
Game slows down if another wrestler interferes a running match (Falls count anywhere/Extreme Rules)
One Crash in 21 hours of Playtime. Pretty nice!
Apart from a little slow down for multi man matches, this game works very well. I have had a couple crashes in showcase mode. Overall good
When 8 characters were on screen (royal rumble) there would be slow down... I adjusted the graphics from ultra to high to account for this
Normal crashes you'd get on any platform. Steam deck works better than any other wrestling title to date
Game will sometimes not connect correctly to the servers causing a restart. Online multiplayer isn't always the best experience because of this.
Game runs suprisingly very well with no tinkering required although the online functions can be a little rocky at times. Multiplayer matches run smooth and royal rumbles does show any slow down in preformance. There is no weird speed up or slow down issues like 22 and I've not experienced any crashes
2K22 was a bit of a mess on Deck, this is just perfect. Solid performance, battery life actually isn't awful either.
Lowered the graphics settings to get more than an hour of playtime in
Menus obviously weren't made with a handheld console in mind but it isn't the worst ting ever
it's nice to finally have a great 2K WWE game on a device capable of actually rnning the game (cough cough 2K18 cough cough)
Game runs surprisingly well! I used default graphics setting, standard on textures and models with shadows and reflections on Ultra and FSR.
My very first match in Exhibition had major graphical issues, with face and body textures stretching out in a match with one custom superstar and three official superstars. The custom superstar was fine but all the other offical superstars were messed up. This only happened in the first match, I have not been able to replicate the issue in any other matches, even with the same superstars and the same setup in the match.
The game will run in 30 FPS in entrances and action camera, and GameScope will show it as the game running at 60 with very high latency, but this is just how the game runs. In game will run in 60, and I do not recommend limiting the framerate as the game speed is tied to the frames. The lower the frames, the slower the game runs.
Menus do not use much TDP but power use rises in game, the more superstars in game the higher power used. Temps did not rise above 65C however.
All match modes up to 8-Man work with little to no frame drops, WarGames did have some frame drops though. All of the creation suite works, and downloading community creations work.
Showcase matches work well with the fade-in cutscenes. The cutscenes before matches also work, though I experienced some lag in the videos.
I did not experience any crashes in the few hours I played, even when connected online, unlike 2K22. Sleep mode also works in both menus and in game.
