ProtonEX - Arena Assets won't appear. Everything works as intended if you use GE, so default to it.
The current configuration is highly reccomended, controlling the character/camera, smartphone & menu from the Touchpad is crazy immersive.
Makesbetter use of the back buttons for alternative useful inputs, use this configuration before commiting to the default controls made fora generic gamepad & not Steam Deck
If using GE-Proton7, It will not crash and will be able to view the video of battle area.
Everything is fine if using GE-Proton.
Easy locked 60FPS with no issues besides black bars at the top and bottom due to only supporting 16:9 aspect ratios.

Can play smoothly on my Ubuntu Linux PC.

Game freezes up with audio still playing after a scene transition (post-battle, new zone)
Runs well until the game locks up during scene transitions, then you have to reload your file just to lock up at the same point again
Optioinal steam deck tweak: the game only supports 16:9 by default, but black bars can be removed by hex editing the game .exe and replacing 39 8E E3 3F with CD CC CC 3F (or another aspect ratio of your choice).
If you're okay with playing in 16:9, no modifications are needed.
