Most recent demo build: Shooting enemy tanks did not make them disappear. They still existed and could still move around, but not shoot. Shooting them again causes the killsound but otherwise no reaction. To complete a level, I had to shoot all enemy tanks once and then kill myself.
Note that this occurred both with Experimental, GE 9-11 and Native, so it might just be a game bug unrelated to Linux.
3 person local multiplayer with the built-in controls and 2 Bluetooth Xbox controllers was flawless.
Crashes when pressing a button
I can navigate the menus with the mouse but the game crashes the moment I press a button on the controller or a key on the keyboard. No errors appear. I am using a Dual Sense controller so I thought it might not be supported but it does the same thing when it is disconnected. g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed is the error I get when running Steam from the terminal.
Game seems to work perfectly without any issues on Proton version 7.0-1
Using older versions of Proton (e.g. 5) might cause the game to be very laggy. Works perfectly with 7.0-1
Seems to be a bug for everyone.
I noticed some bugs, but they are not Proton exclusive from what I read.
