Some small notes:

• On launch, a window appears saying the game isn't responding, but the game otherwise loads normally and reaches the login menu. Clicking "Wait" makes the window go anyway and the game loads.
• As a general note, when loading the game for the first time on a 4K display, the initially loaded window will be small. When the game finishes loading and displays the login menu, make sure to click "Options" and then enable fullscreen. You can then easily change the resolution to the maximum 1440p display available in 16:9 or 16:10.
