Tinker Steps:Launcher: Heroic Games Launcher, Custom Proton: GE-Proton8-24, winetricks
Had to install vcredist64.exe
Runs very well on Steam Deck through Heroic Games Launcher - had to install vcredist, but then the game started and worked with no further tweaks and runs smoothly at 40fps limit (and does 60fps at medium detail as well).
