Sometimes game crash.
Some minor graphical artifacts
Runs fine out of the box with Proton-GE with some minor graphical artifacts
Proton-7.Orc3-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Proton-7.Orc3-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Game crashes frequently in the menu also in game specifically when you crash.
Tried other versions of proton with no benefit.
Very playable. Excellent performance. However, controller vibration was not 100% accurate, and I did get a seemingly rare crash/freeze.
6.18-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Controller (PowerA FUSION Pro 2) input works perfectly fine and shows as XBox One Controller in Steam using Linux's standard xpad driver.
However, when Steam is set to use XBox Controller Support the vibration doesn't work, and when Steam is set to use Generic Controller Support the vibration works but is not 100% accurate (some in-game feedback is either weak or missing).
I've not yet tested if this issue is unique to the controller, or if it is a Steam issue instead of a game one. I've also not yet tested any alternative drivers like xboxdrv or xone.
I had 1 crash and 1 freeze in about 10 hours of playtime; This happened whilst in the main menus, never in-game.
However, I also used to get crashes in Windows, so this might be an issue with the game or my hardware config, not Linux/Proton.
Have been trying on and off past 3 weeks, with multiple different versions of Proton. None has worked.
Will try on an Arch install soon, just to see if that'll work.
haven't finished a race yet due to freezing/crashing
the opening video sound doesn't play well. but is not an issue for playing
game will run well for first 10 -15 minutes. then crash or freeze
seems to be 10 to 15 minutes into a game it will crash to desktop or freeze
Seems to run better using GE Proton and seems to run well right up to the freeze crash.
currently unable to finish a race . seems to run good before crash
did not sound right while loading to start screen
havent finished a race without crashing back to desktop
