Doesn't work. Memory violation error.
I installed it and launched using Proton from CachyOS repos. Doesn't work. Throws a memory violation error.
Throws a Memory Access Violation Error after launching
Tried all Proton Versions and GE-9-9, GE-8-32
It plays, and works just fine.
It works, don't know if public servers are a thing anymore though, so can't say if that works.
Having a menu open lowers the FPS to an unplayable point
Very difficult to join an online game due to the menu lag
Unplayable, heavy artifacts and terrible framerate. Multiplayer / survival mode unplayable due to menu lag
Terrible
Terrible performance in any menu that isn't the main menu & can't join a game. Haven't tried singleplayer.
Slight visual bugs.
The game is unstable since it's in early access so we cannot complain. It also has no native support which I really hope will be added in the future. Opening the map navigation item completely cooks your FPS (At least that was the case for me).
Overall the game has some slight issues with the peromance on Linux but they are not game breaking. The game is playable.
It worked like it would on windows. It crashed 2 times but that seems to be a common problem among all users.
Proton-7.1-GE-2
You can only play fullscreen
Big lag when any menu is open, two menu at once make it so laggy you can't exit the menus anymore
Settings can't be modified from the game, might be possible directly editing the file. Multiplayer is unplayable as the server list is too laggy to be able to select a server.
Singleplayer was smooth, just that I dont know what Im doing :D... Multiplayer was fun, just know you need stable connection
Unplayable, you can only get as far as the main menu
There is some visual glitches I was able to fix with https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom
Launches but I can't join or make a new game
The game launches perfectly fine but when I click on new game it does nothing, the settings menu drops the game to 10fps and the multiplayer menu is unusable as it drops to 2 and 1 fps. The game isn't natively supported and it's in early access so you can't complain, hopefully it'll be fixed soon
