my rig can only run <10 fps at exerything max 1080p, and ~30fps at lowest 720p
as stated, my rig could only do 10 fps at max 1080p and 30 fps at 720p lowest. for how the game looks this is horribly optimized, but other than that everything works fine. playable from start to finish without gamebreaking bugs, graphical issues and audio works fine
