The game is known to be a resource hog - I have decent hardware so it was mostly okay, but I would turn lights off in-game at times to improve the FPS.

OwnedWorks just perfectly. Only problem is that the in-game televisions don't load any content.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton7-20
Runs a little sluggishly, although this seems to be the same experience with Windows too. It takes ages to load into the game (about 2 minutes on a 7200RPM HDD and a minute with an NVMe SSD).
Game hasn't crashed once for me.
