It can open and run, there are a couple of problems such as the game crashing on higher graphics or crashing every 30 minutes.

Significant Bugs:
Its impossible to change the settings in the menu, it does work in the main menu but not in the in game menu, again may be due to the game being an alpha version.
Overall, everything runs however on low quality there may be a few flickering textures but this is occasional and not noticeably frequent, It crashes consistently after every 30 minutes or so. Trying to play on higher graphics can cause a crash. (may be hardware)
