Plays great out of the box, just very minor, very occasional dip down from 60 fps but just for a split second like once an hour.

lock refresh rate to 40, big areas make you dip from 60 to around 40 even on low settings. On 40 fps the game is solid.

My save file completely dissappeared after the first session, had to start over cause NO CLOUD SAVES! (Might be due to changing to GE proton after the first session?)
Game runs okay out of the box, after a little while I tried to switch to GE proton and try DXVK_ASYNC, but I don't think it worked really. I think it played very similar to how the out of the box experience is on steam, which is mostly solid at 40 fps.

Great little game with no performance issues and you can play for long hours on battery when you limit TDP and GPU clock freq
Battery Performance:
You can bring the game down to around 5W TDP, 600 GPU clock freq and still keep solid 60 fps.
Audio:Crackling
Sometimes crackles after sleep. If you change scenery (sounds) it goes away.
Windowing:Size
doesn't support Steamdeck native res - only 720p, but it's unnoticable really
