I think run the game should be out-of-box, but you need to set some options right, that can help you get more fps.
Yes I think it will run fine , I also run it on my WIN11 , just get a little lower FPS , but it is playable with about 120FPS when FSR works

Use FSR&gamemode with GE-Proton7-24 to get a better FPS. In game , to make FSR working , just make the resolution lower than Display.
GE-proton , gamemode , FSR can help you get a better performance.
Music is OK,but no sound effects.
If you don't mind the sound effecs,then you can enjoy the Wind Fantasy series. But I mind it,and I can't find anyway to resolve this problem.
