Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Slightly worse performance compared to Win10
The other launch options listed here did not get me past the launcher, it never started the game itself; but using this method (modified ak's "Bypass 2K Launcher" command for Civ6), the game is working fine.

Once OpenGL rendering is fixed, it may be superior to the native Win version performance-wise

After start, first couple minutes're always 1-2 frames behind (audio's fine), but it goes away soon. RADV_PERFTEST=aco for minor FPS gains.
Graphics:Minor Artifacts
Some textures take a bit longer to load in than on Win10, but its fully playable (after a couple minutes, when the framerate stabilizes and "catches up")
