Set NVIDIA X Server/Powermizer performance to Max. Used cpuFREQ to set gov to performance.
Runs great! All settings maxed out at 1080p. A little stutter now and then but over all runs really good! Great game.

Runs excellent. GTAV gives you lots of options when it comes to in game performance. I enjoy messing with them but have everything set to VERY HIGH in 1080p and get 90 fps most of the time.
