After .net installations and wheel configuration it works perfect. I have around 400 FPS when hotlapping spa
Install "protontricks". install this using "pipx" method: https://github.com/Matoking/protontricks
Then just run "protontricks 244210 dotnet472" and continue through all 6 installers. And when it asks you to restart your computer press yes, it won't restart anyway.

This custom proton version fixes lags when too many "Hud Apps" are open. Would highly recommend. Also I get a rundll32 error at the beginning which I can just dismiss and and the game starts.
Not starting
It says running inside steam but nothing shows up. Tested with various Proton and Proton GE Versions.
