Game works pretty much flawlessly except for NPC voices to work compiling FAudio with FFmpeg support is required. Instructions on how to do this are here: https://github.com/FNA-XNA/FAudio/wiki/FAudio-for-Proton

You can also try installing xact onto the wine profile of this game, but this caused the game to constantly freeze for me, and I would highly recommend compiling FAudio with FFmpeg for Proton anyway as it will help with other games that require it (i.e. Fallout 4).
