Some maps are very heavy and you get a lot of graphic lag making impossible to play them.
Doesn't work
After clicking Play it will open in spectate mode (i can't see anything on the headset) and the window just frozes. Tried with different proton versions with no avail.
Crash after pressing play
The application instantly crash right after pressing Play. i tried with different Proton versions with no avail.
Mostly while turning the visual around
Some stuttering here and there

After launching the game i get a black screen, after a while it closes by itself.

Some lag on ultra settings
The software doesn't see any videos from directories. Also i have multiple external drives mounted in /mnt but the only folder i can reach there is the one where skybox is installed, so SteamLibrary. Local folders on main system are reachable but again no video is founded.
This software works out of the box on Proton 4.11-13
The game opens a (frozen) window in spectate mode but nothing is showed inside the HMD but the chaperone.
Tested with proton 5.0-9
