Sid Meier’s Civilization VI
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-7, Set launch options, protontricks, winetricks
eval $( echo "gamemoderun mangohud PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 WINE_TSA=1 %command%" )
Turn off esync and fsync giving stable fps in multiplayer without stutters and wine_tsa is a bonus, not neccessary, first two do the job. Also got more stable fps and productity in AI test (~ -0.5sec) using GE-Proton9-7. Tested on Nobara 39.
► Multiplayer
Overall (online):Excellent
Actually liked gameplay better than on Windows 11.
Without tinkering typical gamer will enjoy this game, but only singleplayer or on other linux destributions, because I've tested only Nobara.
