As others suggested, deleted librt.so.1 from the game folder and created a symlink of the same file from my /usr/lib
in command line:
cd [Steam Folder]/steamapps/common/OneShot
rm ./librt.so.1 && ln -s /usr/lib/librt.so.1 ./librt.so.1
