Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton7-28, Set launch options
PROTON_USE_D9VK=1 DXVK_ASYNC=1 gamemoderun %command%
For all the people who have stuttering every time you turn your camera, try adding DXVK_ASYNC=1 to your launch options. I tried many things, and this was the one that finally worked for me. Works flawlessly now :)
