Game visuals freeze every once in a while, but resume/catch-up to audio after ~5 seconds
CREDIT TO GRIMISH FOR BELOW SOLUTION
Without any tinkering game would constantly want to launch on my integrated GPU, not the dedicated NVIDIA card I have. Run vulkaninfo to find the name of your desired graphics card, and insert that into the launch command below.
Solution was adding the following in launch options: DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="[INSERT GRAPHICS CARD NAME HERE"
