When the game starts, I can move around using the keyboard WASD keys, but moving the mouse does nothing. Other reporters suggested pausing the game, but going to the menu and back to game did not fix the issue.

After the Alt-Tab workaround, the game plays perfectly.
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Game was initially extremely slow (~1 FPS), even in the menu. I found a simple work-around: when I Alt-Tab to another program and then back into the game, the game goes fast again. (Using Gnome Shell, Wayland, Radeon RX 5700 XT)
