The game is currently in a very laggy state. It seems to have gotten worse over the past few days, which seems to point at performance issues related to server load. Playing in an instanced area (bossfight) however has zero issues, and I capped my FPS for the entirety of the instances.
As others have already highlighted, you will need to switch to Proton 7.06 to accept the terms and conditions after selecting a server. After you have done so, the game may crash. If it does not, you will still want to close the game and set the game back to the latest Proton for some minor stuttering and texture improvements.
