Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Proton(GE) 7.0.10 has massive stuttering and frame rate issues, especially during cutscenes and in the Gungan City. Switching to Experimental fixed this, and so far I haven't encountered any further issues with this configuration on Deck.

Gameplay is flawless, runs great. Online works well. Main issue is that cutscenes don't work, but that doesn't lock out progress afaik

Run on Proton Experimental, 7.0-1 had some major graphical issues with the stages that were not fixed by restarting the game.
