Yes, to get modloader I used the guide: https://github.com/pio and i did some tinkering with it eventually worked
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE, Set launch options, Changed configuration

Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Since My Summer Car is a not really optimized i was expecting it to be bad as the windows gameplay but has actually improved when I used Linux mint
Overall it works with mods too!
