Playable with some tweaks!

Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton7.49-0, Changed configuration, protontricks

I've encountered two issues:

  1. "Failed to compile global shaders", solution
  2. “Mass Effect is not found. Please reinstall the game from original source and try again.”, solution

Long story short: 1 is fixable by installing directx 2 is fixable by specifying game path in regedit
