Worked with latest official proton version. Enable VSync in the video settings and you're good to go.
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Game is extremely stuttery without VSync enabled - Steam FPS overlay reports 240+ FPS, but gameplay looks like <60 FPS. VSync fixes the issue.
