Works out the box with steam controller
Using proton 7.0.1 and experimental and no problems as seem to be reported
Runs perfectly out the box. Steam Controller and Razer Kishi (for Android) works
The only thing not working is steam play. Although it is not certified as remote play I found setting the game to window mode helped.
Works flawlessly, after realising I needed GE-Proton not Proton. Probably DRM video related?
Initial videos, menu, sound and graphics all good.
To get around anticheat I found info on renaming the exe files
In Elden ring directory
cp start_protected_game.exe start_protected_game.exe.bak
cp eldenring.exe start_protected_game.exe
This worked perfectly. Don't care for multiplayer so not an issue for me.
The game looks and runs great. Just anticheat being the issue
Runs very slow around 10fps
When I first tried it ran slowly, so I switched from experimental to Proton 8.0.2 and it worked fine. But since then I have not been able to get stable framerate using any version of Proton
Works out of the box now
Got a new PC with AMD GPU but this applies to my old laptop with 1660ti . Originally I couldn't run it very well, at 10fps. But after a few updates in the last year it works perfectly now with no messing around.
Game works perfectly well, apart from not being a sheep and having AMD so missing out on AI features. But 3d printer does work
Studio and character editor worked but not starting full game until windowed or full screen window was selected
Just making sure to be in window mode is the only thing that stopped the game
