Used SKSE renaming trick so i could run it thru the steam launcher. SKSE plugin .dll files run fine without throwing errors. Non-SKSE .dll files still don't load.

You will need to show tools insteam library and install the proton easy anti cheat. right click the game and add PROTON_USE_EAC_LINUX=1 .
Tinker Steps:Set launch options
PROTON_USE_EAC_LINUX=1
Without proton eac and PROTON_USE_EAC_LINUX=1 the game sets you to offline like you are cheating and will disconect you after a wile.
