The game runs perfectly with Logitech m185 mouse (125Hz polling rate), but is unplayable with Logitech g305 (1000Hz polling rate).
I am confirming that mouse doesn't work with Proton 4.11-7 . To play the game: Right Click -> Properties -> Check the "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool" -> Select "Proton 4.2-9 from the drop menu"
Your mouse pulling rate needs to be low (125 etc)
The first time you lunch the game, you need to wait about 10min for recompiling shaders. After that its all good. Also if the game freezes when patching ingame (cannot patch ingame) - Open Launcher -> Options -> Uncheck "On-demand patching" and check "Force verify".
Right Click -> Properties -> SET LAUNCH OPTIONS... -> Add: "-changedir" . After that, the game runs perfectly, except some minor FPS drop in the menu, when you pick plants.
Works perfectly on Proton 4.11, but not on 5.0.9.
If you get an error when starting the game, switch to Proton 4.11. Right click -> Properties -> General -> Check "Force the use of specific Steam Play compatibillity tool" and choose version 4.11.
