Mapped the right trackpad as mouse with left mouse click to help with navigation, the default joystick controls work but tend to lack a little polish in my experience.

I found the default joystick controls a bit jerky and unreliable, but by no means unusable and that was easily fixed. Great battery life at around 7-8 hours at 90hz on Oled model.
Works perfectly out of the box, with around 6-6.5 hours of battery life at 90hz on Oled model
Flawless experience out of the box, like it was made explicitly for the Steam Deck. Great battery life, got around 6 hours at 90hz on the Oled model and was able to complete the game in a single sitting without having to plug in.
Game does not have options to invert camera Y axis or adjust sensitivity, I modified the official layout a bit to tweak those settings.
5w TDP, getting around 8.5/9 hours of battery life on Oled model
Works amazingly well on the Steam Deck. The game runs capped at 24fps to emulate PSX games, so capping the refresh rate to 72hz on Oled (or 48 on LCD) smoothes out the gameplay a bit in my experience, but is not necessary to enjoy the game.
Install OMOCEP lite to alleviate some frame pacing issues, not necessary by any means but it also adds a bunch of quality of life changes.
Game likes to randomly freeze after playing for about 1 hour, the video will be frozen but the game will still be running, with audio playing and inputs being registered, forcing a restart.
Runs well aside from random crashes which are annoying, perfect game for the Deck, getting around 6 hours of battery life at 90hz on Oled model.
Everything works out of the box, nice battery life at about 5 hours at 60hz on Oled model.
