Tinker Steps:Set launch options
DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME=6800 %command%
The game freezes my laptop without adding launch options to force the game to use dGPU. Adding Launch Options fixes the issues.
First, fInd out your dGPU device name
sudo lspci | grep VGA
03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Navi 23 [Radeon RX 6650 XT / 6700S / 6800S] (rev c0)
07:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Rembrandt [Radeon 680M] (rev c7)
For me, I want to use the first entry, so I will filter for 6800, e.g.:
DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME=6800 %command%
Adapt as needed for your GPU.
