If you enjoy playing the game modded, it will be extremely frustrating(used r2modman). I experienced crashes almost every landing.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Ocassionally it would significantly slow down my computer, while not taking any resources.
Instability:Occasionally
If you run mods through r2modman expect frequent crashes, or else it seemed pretty stable.

If you have a decent gfx card you should be able to push more than 60 fps which will be satisfactory for most people.
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
On windows with these settings at 100% resolution(4k) I got around 150-200 fps On linux with 50% resolution I get 60-144 fps. It is around half but its ok for me.
