Click on game and hit properties, launch the controller layout (which is actually the video settings)\
Resolution: 1200x800
Screen Mode: Windowed Mode
Video Quality: High
Framerate Limit: 60 FPS
Vsync: Off
Controls: Default\
Hit Apply.
Now youi should be able to boot up the game fine.
Note: May need to decrease resolution to maintain 60FPS.
