"Failed to load cinema.dll" messagebox error on game startup after creating a window and a subsequent crash.
Installs:Yes
Opens:No
cinema.dll is present in the "bin" folder, so I guess there are some missing runtime dependencies

Customizations:
Installing Media Foundation libraries(via "mf-install" script or other way) and passing "-novid" to disable startup video fixes game launching but no sounds can be played in-game or in the menu. Maps can be loaded and played but with the complete lack of sound. In-game console spams with "Failed to load sound ..." messages. Removing Source engine soundcache files with "find . -iname '*.cache' -delete" run from the game local files directory has no effect as well.
Audio:Borked
There's no sound in-game or in the menus
Graphics:Minor Artifacts
Small fonts are not rendered correctly

Still needs Media Foundation libraries manually installed and a custom launch option, runs fine with tweaks applied
Customizations:Media Foundation DLL, Something Else
