Booting from anywhere but an SSD gives you 5+ minutes of waiting time.
Used Experimental, as no other Proton version (either stock or custom GE) would launch the game for an "unsupported OS" exception.
In the opening menu, the singing character appears with heavy pixelated shadows.
Xbox 360 controller not detected (even after disabling steam input)
THIS REPORT TARGETS THE DEMO VERSION OF THE GAME! Your mileage may vary. The demo appears perfect. All three missions are perfectly playable both offline and online. Only issue come to the main menu: stuck at < 30 fps, with overall horrible artifacts.

Shadows are most of the times borked. Otherwise perfect.
Cutscenes sometimes just go out of sync of about a couple milliseconds every other second. For longer cutscenes (e.g., the first one) this becomes extreme (about 2-3 seconds behind) after a couple of minutes
Sometimes the sky flickers for about half a second
Sometimes better than windows, sometimes worse
Sometimes when returning from a mission the radial menu would come out and couldn't close unless using the keyboard shortcut
Snowy areas are particularly slow. I suggest playing on mid-high settings with similar specs
