After ~2 hours got big FPS drop. I have to quit and restart game.
I'm using the GOG version with Heroic Games Launcher.
I'm abble to play with RTX and DLSS with best settings, just like on Windows.
As said before, I have to restart game after a big FPS drop. Tried to reload a save, but it goes worst.
Not really a problem, but first loading is a little longer than on Windows.
Tested on v1.6.
Note : I'm not sure if PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0
and VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/nvidia_icd.json
are really usefull...

One time got a colorfull far away textures, and another time flowers were colorfull too, dunno if it's a Proton issue or a game issue.
Just finished it, except these small artifacts everything was great!

Got a big mouse delay randomly when I display Steam overlay.
Maybe less FPS than Windows but still really enjoyable, only issue is when I display Steam overlay, randomly got mouse delay.

Install Mod Organizer 2 using this guide: https://github.com/rockerbacon/modorganizer2-linux-installer (you don't need to use Proton 6).
Everything runs fine, no crash (for now :P), no sluttering, it's perfect, better than Windows (but it's probably due to mods...).

Only after game launch, before menu, got a big fullscreen pink artifact. Really, not a problem.
Only after a checkpoint reload, stuck with 40 FPS, but got ~100 FPS before. You know the drill: play well!
Game runs very well, except after a checkpoint reload.

The game does not quit completely, you have to go through Steam to force it to stop.

I haven't noticed any difference with Windows, the game runs perfectly. No stuttering either, even with DirectX 12, it must depend on the hardware.
Works like a charm out of the box
Runs perfectly using Proton Experimental (default).
Tested on v0.005.
Works fine, but expect some lags
Some lags in some places, probably loading times.
Works perfectly!
If you're not QWERTY change your keyboard layout then disconnect from your session.

Last update ( v0.2.9.1-0b5fdc2-sw
) greatly improved performances in growing game with one big district and another one with only robots, from 15 FPS to ~40 FPS!
Everything works like a charm

Since update 6, playing at x2 speed causes serious slowdowns after a few minutes.
To avoid this, you need to limit the number of CPU cores the game can use, using the taskset
command.
Personally, I've limited it to 8 cores and the problem seems to have been solved.
# Replace "<cores_range>" with the desired value,
# taking into account that CPU cores start at 0.
# For example: "0-1" for two cores, "0-7" for 8 cores.

ℹ️ Using Wine-GE-Proton8-26.
⚠️ Don't activate the -novsync
launch option, the game becomes unplayable (particularly unpleasant flickering).
ℹ️ The -nolegal
option avoids messages displayed at game launch.
ℹ️ Tested under KDE Plasma 6.0.5 and Wayland.

Native version seems good, I haven't tested with a huge factory yet, but for now got a solid 110-120 FPS with ultra settings (and capped to 120 FPS).
