To make latest 19.09 EVE patch work with latest experimental Proton - AFTER you start the launcher (it should start with no problem) go to your EVE installation folder and copy launchdarkly_client.pyd from eveninstalldirrectory\SharedCache\tq\bin64 to eveninstalldirrectory\SharedCache\tq. After doing that you can hit play in your launcher and it will start normally. NOTE!!! You will have to do the same process every time you start your game. Well at least untill it's patched.

Looks like last proton update fixed key combination issue. Now game can be played without even a slight issue.
