edited RA2.ini and RA2MD.ini to change resolution, also replaced the included ddraw wrapper with cnc-ddraw (this is just personal preference) and edited its config to set resolution. Note that you have to set ddraw.dll to native in winecfg for it use the wrapper, though this is not required as wine's ddraw implementation works fine.

The -SPEEDCONTROL command line argument is for controlling game speed while in missions.
