Logitech HD Pro C920 was discovered (no other cams attached) and started up. No issues other than slight oversensitivity to blinking.

As noted by others the game would freeze on picking up items from barrels and crates. The only setup that sidestepped this bug was the combination used by Namoria: Proton 7 + the PROTON_NO_XIM=1 %command% launch command.

Before the spring (April/May) update (the one that introduced ray tracing among other things) the game ran fine. Since then it's been constant freezing.
Like many others that report freezing I have an older Nvidia GPU so it's hard not to see a connection between the Hitman 3 graphics overhaul update and the freezes. Performance on the Steam Deck has continued without a hitch.
