Loads, generates new world, and can get into game, but without a graphics card the framerate is unusable.

Frame rate is very low, but arguably playable with Steam overlay off which yields about 15-20ish FPS, compared to 9-10 FPS normally.
Tried disabling Esync and D3d11, and using Wine D3d11, but none of them worked or improved the performance of the game.
Can access and do everything without crashing, but just not quite playable.
